Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

     * Your order number

     * A description of the issue

     * Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We’ll happily work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
